How do I return an item?
In order to arrange a return, please contact us and inform our Support Team of your order number, the item you are returning and the reason for the return.

If your item happen to be faulty, please be ready to provide Customer Service photographs clearly showing the problem with the item to our Support Team within 3 days to arrange for a 1 to 1 exchange with detailed description of the situation. Or if the item is no longer available, we will refund the original payment method.
When you return your item please remember to ask the Post Office for a receipt which you should keep as proof of sending until you have received your replacement or your refund. We will not hold any responsible for non-delivery of returned goods.
Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the items to us unless we delivered the item to you in error, or if the item is damaged or defective. How long will it take my order to be delivered?

Orders placed between Monday through Friday by 1200hrs (excluding holidays) are shipped the next day. Orders placed after 1200 hrs on holidays are shipped within 2 business day. Orders placed Saturday and Sunday will ship out the following Monday (excluding holidays). Due to postage clearance, we seek your patience and understanding that Singapore Post Office will take another 1 – 2 working day.

How do I ensure I receive updates regarding my order?
Emails sent by our automated system can occasionally be blocked by Hotmail, Gmail, Yahoo Mail or any other similar services and may redirected to the Junk mail folder of the your mailbox. Please check.

Do you have a retail store where I can try on the clothes/self-collect my orders?
No, we do not have a retail store and are currently fully operating online. However, we do participate in certain fashion bazaars and flea where you can come by and take a close look at our products. Stay connected with us for the latest updates on Facebook, Twitter and Instagram accounts.

I have registered with Buttons. Can I be sure that all my personal information are kept confidential?
Yes, all personal information entered during registration and purchase transaction completion is kept strictly confidential.

Do I need a PayPal account to purchase from this store?
We accept all major credit cards. You are not required to have a PayPal account to purchase
from the store. If you already have a PayPal account, you may use it.
